About the RoleWe are looking for a Branding Specialist to strengthen brand visibility and consistency across Apex Hospitals’ offline touchpoints, units, events and community activations. The role will involve working closely with internal teams, vendors and agencies to ensure effective brand execution across locations.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and visibility across all offline brand touchpoints.
- Maintain proper and consistent branding across all OPD centres and units.
- Act as the custodian of all print collaterals and ensure they adhere to brand guidelines.
- Coordinate and support branding requirements for statutory audits, including NABH and NABL.
2. Events & Activations
- Plan, curate and manage impactful events and brand activations across units to strengthen brand awareness and top-of-mind awareness.
- Identify and manage partnerships and associations with community groups, Samaj organisations and local governing bodies.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of events and activations, ensuring timely delivery and brand compliance.
3. Vendor & Agency Management
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies for timely and smooth execution of branding and event requirements.
- Ensure vendor contracts, agreements and documentation are completed appropriately.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely vendor payments as per agreed billing cycles.
- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor network across geographies to enable faster execution.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate from a recognised institution.
- English-medium schooling is mandatory.
- 4–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in events and activations.
- Strong understanding of branding, offline marketing and event execution.
- Excellent vendor coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust communication, organisational and execution skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
