- Drive sourcing of Loan Against Property (LAP) business through the Business Correspondent (BC) channel a
· Identify, onboard, and manage Business Correspondents, DSAs, and channel partners for consistent business flow. · Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
· Ability to work in a field-intensive role with high ownership
· Knowledge of regulatory compliance, KYC, and documentation
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
· Achieve assigned disbursement and login targets for LAP products.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with local connectors, SMEs, and self-employed customer segments.
· Ensure end-to-end coordination with credit, legal, technical,
and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
· Maintain portfolio quality by focusing on early risk identification and delinquency control (EDA management).
