Brand Ambassador Intern

This is an unpaid internship. A Completion Letter will be given at the end of the internship. Special certificates and a Letter of Recommendation will also be provided based on performance.

Special Opportunity

Brand Ambassadors who perform exceptionally well during the internship may get an opportunity to continue working with the ConviTrust team and collaborate directly with the Founder on future initiatives.

What You Will Do

- Represent and promote ConviTrust across LinkedIn and other approved channels.
- Identify relevant LinkedIn conversations, communities and discussions related to careers, workplaces and employee experiences.
- Engage with relevant posts and audiences to increase ConviTrust's visibility.
- Share and promote ConviTrust content in an authentic and professional manner.
- Generate ideas for improving brand awareness and community engagement.
- Help create and distribute content, posts and other promotional materials.
- Research workplace, career and employee-experience topics relevant to the brand.
- Support LinkedIn outreach and community-building activities.
- Maintain basic outreach, engagement and activity trackers.
- Support approved marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Work with the marketing lead and other interns to complete assigned tasks on time.

What We Are Looking For

- Solid written and verbal communication.
- Active interest in LinkedIn, social media, careers, workplaces or startups.
- Comfortable communicating and engaging with people online.
- Creative thinking and the ability to suggest new ideas.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn and/or social media.




- Ability to research topics and identify relevant information.
- Basic Canva skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and improve through feedback.
- Reliability, ownership and respect for deadlines.

Who Can Apply

- Students, freshers and early-career candidates interested in marketing, branding, social media, community building or startups are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or in marketing is helpful but not required.

How the Internship Works

Tasks are assigned through the team's Discord workspace. Interns complete the assigned activities, submit their work for review, receive feedback and make revisions when required. Approved work and activity are organized in the team's shared workspace.

Important Expectations

- This is a learning-focused internship, but assigned work is expected to be taken seriously.
- Interns should communicate early if they are blocked or unable to meet a deadline.
- AI tools may be used for support, but interns remain responsible for accuracy, originality and final quality.
- Confidential company, product and team information must not be shared outside the organization.

Ideal Candidate

- We are looking for someone who is curious, confident in communication, dependable and genuinely interested in building brands and communities.
- You do not need to know everything about marketing or branding. We care more about how you communicate, learn, take initiative and represent the brand.
- Perform well, take ownership and make an impact — and you may get the opportunity to work more closely with the ConviTrust team and Founder beyond the internship.
