- Drive HL, Lap business through direct sourcing, DSAs, builders, connectors, and open-market channels.
- Recruit, train, and manage the branch sales team to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Monitor sales pipelines, login-to-disbursement conversion, and portfolio quality.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and Collections teams for timely loan processing and disbursement.
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis to identify current business opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, quality sourcing, KYC compliance, and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor branch performance, prepare MIS reports, and implement action plans to achieve business growth and profitability.
