Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head with strong exposure to Equity Broking and Distribution Products.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Equity Broking, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Portfolio Management Services (PMS), along with proven expertise in branch management, business development, client acquisition, team leadership, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall business and operational activities of the branch.
- Drive branch revenue, profitability, and achievement of business targets.
- Lead customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with HNI and Corporate clients.
- Drive business across Equity Broking and Distribution Products, including:
- Equity
- Mutual Funds
- Insurance
- Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the branch client base.
- Conduct competitor analysis and develop effective business strategies.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch sales and operations team.
- Conduct daily team meetings and monitor individual and branch performance.
- Review key performance parameters such as revenue per employee, brokerage, trading volumes, client registrations, and branch profitability.
- Organize investor meetings and customer engagement activities.
- Train and mentor team members on products, sales, communication, operations, risk management, and compliance.
- Monitor day-to-day branch operations,



including customer grievances and transactional activities.
- Manage operational risks, trade-related issues, and outstanding receivables.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, risk controls, and compliance standards.
- Report branch activities and performance to senior/regional management.

Candidate Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Equity Broking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
- Strong experience in Equity Broking and Distribution Products.
- Valuable exposure to Insurance, Mutual Funds, and PMS products.
- Previous experience in a Branch Head, Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role is preferred.
- Proven track record in achieving revenue and business targets.
- Strong experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
- Experience handling HNI and Corporate clients.
- Strong team leadership, mentoring, and performance-management skills.
- Good understanding of branch operations, risk management, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates with strong knowledge of the local market will be preferred.

Compensation ₹6 LPA – ₹8 LPA, depending on experience, current compensation, and suitability for the role.
