Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic, commercially driven, and experienced Branch Head to take complete charge of our flagship branch in Nandanam, Chennai.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience managing a skin, aesthetic, dermatology, or wellness clinic. You will be responsible for P&L; management, driving top-line revenue, leading operational excellence, managing clinic staff, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

- Job Title: Branch Head / Clinic Operations Manager
- Location: Nandanam, Chennai
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Branch Manager / Clinic Head (in Wellness, Skin, Aesthetic, or Slimming clinics)
- Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
- Language Proficiency: Tamil and English (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:1. Revenue Generation & Business Growth (Top Priority)

- Take complete ownership of the branch’s monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Drive sales by converting inquiries into walk-ins and active consultations into treatment packages.
- Develop up-selling and cross-selling strategies for therapies, wellness packages, and retail products.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute localized BTL marketing, corporate tie-ups, and promotional events in and around Central/South Chennai.




- Analyze clinic performance metrics (conversion rates, client retention, average bill value) and take corrective actions.

2. Clinic Operations & Administration

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Nandanam branch, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and clinical protocols.
- Manage inventory, clinical consumables, equipment maintenance, and stock audits to minimize wastage and operational costs.
- Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed by both clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Handle petty cash, branch finances, billing, and software entries accurately.

3. Team Leadership & People Management

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team comprising Doctors, Cupping Therapists, Front Office Executives, and Housekeeping staff.
- Design duty rosters, manage staff attendance, and ensure optimal utilization of manpower.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team productivity, soft skills, grooming, and customer handling.
- Foster a positive, motivated, and target-driven work culture within the branch.

4. Patient Care & Relationship Management

- Ensure every client/patient receives a warm, professional, and world-class service experience.




- Personally engage with high-value/VIP clients and handle escalations, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Maintain a robust client retention strategy through regular follow-ups, service feedback, and loyalty/referral programs.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Branch Manager / Centre Head in:
- Skin & Dermatology Clinics.
- Wellness / Spa / Slimming Centers.
- Aesthetic or Alternative Medicine Clinics (Ayurveda, Homeopathy, etc.)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding branch revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, people management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Clinic Management Software (ERP/CRM), MS Office (Excel, Word).
