Role & Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment for blue-collar and frontline positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Make calls to candidates and explain job roles, salary, location, shifts, and other requirements.
- Screen candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlist suitable profiles.
- Coordinate interviews, walk-ins, and joining formalities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates until joining.
- Handle bulk and multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support the recruitment team in achieving daily and monthly hiring targets.
