Job OverviewIndo European Study Abroad is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of its study abroad branch. The candidate will be responsible for managing branch performance, counselling students, driving admissions, leading the counselling team, and achieving assigned business targets.

Role SummaryThe Branch Manager will oversee the overall functioning of the branch and ensure smooth and efficient counselling and admission operations. The candidate will be responsible for directly counselling students and parents, understanding their academic and career goals, and providing suitable guidance regarding countries, universities, courses, admission requirements, and the overall study abroad process.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be responsible for handling student counselling sessions and converting prospective students into successful applications and admissions. They will understand student requirements, provide appropriate course and university recommendations, and guide students throughout the admission process.

The Branch Manager will manage and monitor the performance of the branch counselling team, set targets, track performance, provide guidance, and ensure that the team consistently works towards achieving admission and revenue objectives.

The candidate will be responsible for managing leads, ensuring timely follow-ups, monitoring conversions,



and developing strategies to improve enquiry-to-admission conversion rates. They will also maintain solid relationships with students, parents, universities, and other stakeholders.

The role will require the candidate to stay updated with international education trends, university requirements, admission procedures, intakes, scholarships, and other developments in the study abroad industry.

The Branch Manager will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring smooth coordination between different teams, resolving student or operational concerns, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the branch.

Mandatory ExperienceMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Study Abroad / Overseas Education industry is mandatory. Candidates must have hands-on experience in study abroad counselling and should have a strong understanding of international education and student admission processes.

Required SkillsThe ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counselling, leadership, and team-management skills. Strong knowledge of study abroad destinations, universities, courses, admission procedures, and student counselling is essential.

The candidate should be target-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling a high-volume counselling environment while effectively managing branch operations and team performance.

Compensation & Working DetailsThe salary offered for this position is ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability. The position requires 6 days of working per week, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
