We are looking for an energetic and technically sound Biomedical Sales & Service Engineer to join our expanding team.

Job Purpose The Biomedical Sales & Service Engineer plays a dual role: driving the commercial growth of our imaging & Rehabilitation portfolio and ensuring high-quality, on-site technical support. You will be the primary point of contact for healthcare clients—managing the sales cycle from lead generation to final equipment commissioning, followed by routine technical service, calibration, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

- Identify and engage potential clients, including radiology clinics, diagnostic centres, corporate hospitals, and private nursing homes.
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to Radiologists, Sonologists, Hod-Radiology, Intesivist, Physiotherapist and Hospital Purchase Committees.
- Understand customer requirements, prepare commercial quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and hospital administrations.

2. Service, Installation & Maintenance

- Execute on-site installation, application setup,



and commissioning of Radiology and Other Medical Devices (such as Physiotherapy Equipment, Ultrasound, X-Ray).
- Perform routine preventive maintenance (PPM) and precise safety/quality calibration checks on installed systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic and mechanical breakdowns quickly to minimize clinic or hospital downtime.
- Provide basic end-user application training to technicians and clinicians on the safe and optimal operation of the machinery.

3. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain meticulous records of service reports, installation certificates, and warranty tracking documents.
- Manage local spare parts inventory and coordinate with the backend team for replacements.
- Provide regular field updates, market feedback, and pipeline reports to the management team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Electronics, or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in medical equipment sales or field service. Prior experience working with Radiology/Imaging systems is highly preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with imaging modalities, DICOM networking, PACS systems, and radiology workflow parameters.
- Soft Skills: Robust interpersonal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and a vehicle for daily regional travel across Navi Mumbai/Mumbai.
- Attributes: A proactive problem-solver who can handle critical breakdown stress inside hospital environments.
