Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced BIM Engineer / BIM Coordinator with hands-on experience in BIM modelling and coordination. The candidate will be responsible for creating and coordinating BIM models, identifying clashes, preparing drawings, and ensuring smooth coordination between different disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models using Revit.
- Perform BIM coordination across different disciplines.
- Identify and resolve design/model clashes using Navisworks.
- Prepare and update shop drawings and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and project teams to resolve modelling issues.
- Review BIM models for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
- Support project teams with model updates, documentation, and quantity-related requirements.
- Follow BIM standards, modelling guidelines,



and project deliverables.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in Revit.
- Good knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection.
- Experience in BIM Modelling & Coordination.
- Understanding of shop/construction drawings.
- Good understanding of multidisciplinary coordination.
- Ability to work with project and engineering teams.

Education:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, or a relevant engineering discipline.

Candidate Profile:

- 10 years of relevant BIM experience.
- Candidates with hands-on project experience in BIM modelling and coordination will be preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates who can independently handle BIM-related project deliverables are preferred.
