Role Description The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and managing detailed BIM models, coordinating architectural and MEP elements, and ensuring that models align with project specifications and standards. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting construction drawings, updating models based on design changes, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and project teams to resolve design and coordination issues. The role involves preparing model-based documentation, supporting clash detection and design reviews, and maintaining accurate and organized model data throughout the project lifecycle.

requiring close coordination with local project stakeholders and consistent presence at the office.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM), with experience using BIM software to create and manage detailed building models.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and model development, including the ability to interpret and translate design intent into accurate 3D representations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems modeling, with an understanding of how MEP integrates with architectural and structural elements.
- Candidates should possess skills in reading and producing construction drawings, ensuring that BIM models are consistent with technical documentation and project standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in industry-standard BIM tools (such as Revit or similar software) and familiarity with coordination and clash detection workflows.
- Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Interest in sustainable design, climate-responsive solutions, and innovative building technologies is highly beneficial.
