About Invicta-Tech

Invicta-Tech is a digital design and construction advisory firm specialising in BIM and technology-driven delivery for complex projects across KSA and the GCC. We work with contractors, consultants and asset owners to turn models, drawings and point clouds into measurable, client-ready deliverables aligned with ISO 19650, project EIRs and BEPs.

Our work spans BIM production (LOD 200-500), model coordination and clash management, BIM automation and asset handover, across infrastructure & landscape, airports, hospitality, giga projects, industrial and logistics facilities. Our delivery team is based in Hyderabad, India.

About the role

We are hiring a BIM Coordinator who is also a hands-on Civil 3D specialist. You will build civil and infrastructure models in Civil 3D, and you will bring every discipline's model together, whatever the format, to find and resolve clashes before they reach site. Most of our work is for projects in Saudi Arabia: roads, grading, wet and dry utilities, and the buildings and landscape around them.

This is a hands-on role on live projects. You will report to our Managing Director, and you will be the person the team relies on to keep models clean, coordinated and on time.

What you will do

Civil 3D modelling

- Build alignments, profiles, corridors and assemblies for roads and site access.
- Create and manage surfaces, grading, earthworks and levels.
- Model wet utilities (storm water, sewer, potable and fire water) with gravity and pressure networks, and dry utility routes (power, telecom, lighting ducts).
- Manage data shortcuts and produce plan, profile and section sheets.

BIM coordination

- Federate models from every discipline and format: Revit, Civil 3D, IFC, DWG, DGN and NWC/NWD.
- Set up shared coordinates and project base points,



so civil and building models line up correctly.
- Run clash tests in Navisworks, group and prioritise results, and assign each clash to an owner.
- Issue clash reports, raise RFIs with evidence, and track every item to close-out.
- Lead or support model coordination meetings with the team and the client.

Revit and model quality

- Model and update elements in Revit, and link civil data into building models.
- Check models before issue: naming, coordinates, LOD per element, file health and the project BEP.
- Manage files and transmittals on the CDE (ACC/BIM 360 or the client's platform).

What we are looking for (must-have)

- 6-10 years in civil or infrastructure BIM, with a coordination role on at least one project.
- Strong hands-on Civil 3D: corridors, surfaces and grading, and pipe or pressure networks.
- Navisworks federation and clash detection across mixed formats, with clash reporting to close-out.
- Proficient in Revit: can model, link and coordinate, not just view.
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma with robust Civil 3D experience considered).
- Clear written and spoken English.

Good to have

- Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience.
- Experience with Bentley files (DGN, OpenRoads) or IFC 4.3 exchange.
- ACC/BIM 360, Revizto or Solibri.
- Dynamo or other automation for Civil 3D or Revit.
- Working knowledge of ISO 19650, EIRs and BEPs.
