We are seeking an experienced BIM Architect with solid expertise in developing and coordinating architectural BIM models at LOD 350 and above for large-scale building and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for creating highly coordinated models, ensuring multidisciplinary integration, clash resolution, and delivering BIM outputs aligned with project standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage Architectural BIM models in Autodesk Revit at LOD 350, LOD 400, and LOD 500 stages.




- Prepare BIM deliverables including plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and detailed construction documentation.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, and Infrastructure disciplines.
- Conduct model audits, clash detection, and model validation using Navisworks Manage.
- Ensure BIM execution aligns with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and organizational standards.
- Create and manage Revit families, templates, and project standards.
- Support design development, construction documentation, shop drawing reviews, and as-built model updates.
- Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and provide technical BIM support.
- Mentor junior BIM modelers and architects.

Mandatory Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- 10+ years of BIM experience with at least 3 years working on LOD 350+ models.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Autodesk Revit Architecture
- Navisworks Manage
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM 360
- AutoCAD
- Experience handling large-scale commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, aviation, metro, rail, or infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in BIM coordination, clash detection, and interdisciplinary model integration.
- Understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM standards.
