Position: Project Engineer – Civil / MEP

Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Construction / Finishing Projects

Key Responsibilities

- Complete site execution, day-to-day operations & team handling.
- Prepare and manage Client Billing, JMR/Measurement & BOQ with proper documentation.
- Solid knowledge of Civil Billing, Stone Finishing & Finishing Works.
- Working knowledge of Plumbing & Electrical execution and billing.
- Handle project costing, budgeting, quantity estimation & cost control.
- Coordinate independently with Client, Consultant, Contractors & Vendors.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, material consumption and productivity.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards & project schedule.
- Prepare RA Bills, reconciliation, variations, extra items and supporting documents.
- Responsible for overall site coordination, reporting and timely completion of work.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Civil/MEP Billing, JMR, BOQ, Costing, Execution, Client Handling, Team Management & Project Coordination.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
