Role Description This is a full-time, on-site entry-level role based in Bengaluru for a Billing & Accounts Associate / Junior Accounts Executive. This position is specifically designed for freshers seeking to build a career in operational finance and corporate accounting.
The role involves preparing and processing client invoices, managing the daily billing cycle, and ensuring accurate recording of transactions in the accounting system. You will reconcile billing records, track incoming and outgoing payments, and handle core accounting support tasks such as data entry and documentation.
You will also interact with internal logistics operations teams and clients to resolve billing queries and assist in generating periodic financial reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Recent graduates/freshers are eligible).
- Billing & Invoicing: Basic understanding of invoicing principles, payment tracking, and ledger entries.
- Core Accounting: Fundamental knowledge of basic bookkeeping concepts and financial transaction recording.
- Software Tools: Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with accounting or ERP software (such as Tally) is beneficial.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Professional Attributes: Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and a structured approach to maintaining financial records.
- Experience: No prior work experience required (Freshers welcome).
