Job Summary

We are looking for a BHMS-qualified Couple Counsellor to support patient communication and coordination activities in a healthcare setting. The role involves interacting with couples, understanding their general concerns, coordinating consultations, and assisting the clinical team with patient follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with couples and understand their general queries and requirements.
- Explain the consultation process and provide information based on approved guidelines.
- Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up communication.
- Support communication between patients and the clinical team.
- Maintain accurate patient enquiry and follow-up records.
- Assist patients with routine coordination before and after consultations.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.




- Support patient education and awareness activities conducted by the centre.
- Escalate medical or clinical questions to the appropriate doctor instead of providing independent medical advice.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with patients and attendants.

Eligibility
- BHMS (Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery) qualification.
- Previous hospital experience required.
- Experience in patient counselling, coordination, or healthcare communication is an advantage.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with couples and families.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records.
- Immediate joiners required.
