TOMOTINA KIDS is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Therapist to join our team. The therapist will work closely with children through individualised one-on-one sessions, focusing on their behavioural, social, communication, and developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one behaviour therapy sessions with children.
- Implement individualised intervention plans based on each child's needs and goals.
- Maintain daily session reports and progress records.
- Monitor and document children's development and behavioural progress.
- Share regular updates and progress with parents.
- Coordinate with other therapists and professionals as required.
- Maintain a child-friendly, supportive, and qualified environment.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and child-focused approach.
- Ability to maintain accurate session documentation and progress reports.
- Immediate joining preferred.
