Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter (SAP)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter (SAP) responsible for marketing and placing SAP IT consultants who are currently on the bench. The role involves working with vendors, clients, and implementation partners to identify suitable requirements, generate interview opportunities, and support successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market and promote bench SAP consultants to potential clients, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Identify and source suitable SAP IT requirements through job portals, vendor networks, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, clients, and implementation partners.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with vendors and implementation partners.
- Submit consultant profiles against relevant job requirements and coordinate interview processes.
- Follow up with vendors and clients regarding submitted profiles, interviews, feedback, and placement status.
- Maintain an updated database of consultants, vendors, requirements, submissions, interviews, and placement status.
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to understand consultant skill sets, availability, and preferences.
- Track market trends, client requirements, and demand for various SAP technologies.




- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain regular communication with consultants and vendors.
- Meet individual targets related to submissions, interviews, placements, and revenue generation.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular status reports to management.

- Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Bench Sales, IT Staffing, or US IT Recruitment.
- Basic to good knowledge of SAP is required.
- Understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of IT technologies, job portals, and vendor management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment/staffing tools.
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with US staffing vendors and implementation partners.
- Existing vendor/client network will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of different US work authorization types and staffing models.
- Experience with VMS, job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Basic understanding of SAP modules and terminology will be an added advantage.
