Are You a Bench Sales Recruiter Who Can Create Opportunities — Not Just Submit Resumes?

We are looking for a highly driven, hands-on U.S. Bench Sales Recruiter who can independently manage the complete bench sales lifecycle and leverage strong market relationships to generate real requirements, interviews, and placements for U.S.-based IT consultants.

This is not a portal-driven or resume-posting role.

We are specifically looking for professionals who have established relationships with Implementation Partners, Prime Vendors, and/or Direct Clients and know how to convert those relationships into meaningful business opportunities.

? Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage the end-to-end U.S. Bench Sales process.
- Market IT consultants with valid U.S. work authorization, including USC, GC, H-1B, H-4 EAD, GC/EAD, OPT/EAD, and other eligible statuses.
- Leverage personal market relationships to identify and generate genuine requirements.
- Work directly with Implementation Partners, Prime Vendors, and Direct Clients.
- Drive consultant marketing, submissions, interviews, rate negotiations, and placements.
- Build, maintain, and continuously expand a strong U.S. staffing network.
- Proactively identify new opportunities rather than relying solely on job portals.
- Coordinate with recruiters and consultants to ensure quality submissions and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate tracking of consultant marketing, submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
- Consistently achieve individual performance and placement targets.

? What We’re Looking For
- 3–10 years of proven U.S. Bench Sales experience.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. IT staffing and consulting market.




- Demonstrated ability to independently manage the complete bench sales lifecycle.
- Established relationships with Implementation Partners, Prime Vendors, and/or Direct Clients.
- Solid understanding of U.S. work authorization and consultant marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, networking, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
- Self-driven, accountable, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
