Role Description The BIM Engineer – Architecture will be responsible for developing and managing architectural BIM models and related documentation for building projects, with a focus on accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project standards. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating 3D models from scans and CAD drawings, producing construction drawings, coordinating with structural and MEP teams, and supporting clash detection and design reviews. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers,



and project managers to ensure design intent is captured and information is consistently integrated across disciplines.

The BIM Engineer will also help maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement of modeling and documentation practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with the ability to create and manage detailed architectural models.
- Solid understanding of Architecture principles and practices, including design development and coordination with other building systems.
- Experience working with Construction Drawings, including preparation, review, and coordination of plans, sections, and details.
- Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) and Civil Engineering domains to support multidisciplinary model coordination.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with common BIM software (e.g., Revit or equivalent) and CAD tools, along with basic knowledge of clash detection and model validation.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a project-driven environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional design and engineering teams.
