Role Description The Business Development Executive (BDE) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The BDE will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with prospective and existing clients in the IT services domain. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to potential customers via calls, emails, and meetings, preparing and presenting proposals, and coordinating with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.

The role also involves maintaining an updated sales pipeline,



achieving revenue and growth targets, and providing regular reports and feedback to management. The BDE is expected to represent the company professionally, contribute to sales strategies, and support long-term customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform market research, identify target segments, and analyze customer needs for IT services and solutions.
- Skills in lead generation, prospecting, and managing a structured sales pipeline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for client meetings and proposal discussions.
- Capacity to collaborate with technical teams to understand and articulate network support and cloud service offerings.
- Basic understanding of networking, cloud services, and data management concepts (prior IT or tech sales experience is an advantage).
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, office productivity software, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage time effectively, and handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred; relevant sales or business development experience in technology services is beneficial.
