HIRING – BANQUET MANAGER The Grand Mehfil, Rajpura

Experience: 5+ Years as a Banquet Manager

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage banquet events, functions & daily operations
- Drive banquet sales, generate new business & increase revenue
- Handle client inquiries, negotiations & event bookings
- Build relationships with corporate & social clients
- Coordinate with clients, vendors & internal teams
- Manage banquet staff, setup & service
- Ensure smooth event execution and guest satisfaction
- Achieve banquet sales targets and maximize business opportunities

Requirements: ✔ 5+ years of relevant Banquet Management experience

✔ Solid sales, leadership & communication skills

✔Excellent event planning and operational knowledge

✔Proven ability to generate banquet business
