We Are Hiring – Bakery Chef

Experience: 4+ years in Bakery Production / Artisan Bakery

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Bakery Chef to manage and supervise day-to-day bakery production activities at our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Artisan Bread and bakery production, along with the ability to manage production processes, lead a team, maintain product consistency, improve existing recipes and develop new bakery products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily bakery production activities as per production plans and requirements.
- Handle and supervise the bakery production team effectively.
- Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Prepare and supervise production of Artisan Bread and other bakery products.
- Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, texture, appearance and specifications.
- Monitor and maintain standard recipes, production processes and batch parameters.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing recipes, processes and product quality.
- Develop and test new bakery products in coordination with the management/R&D; team.
- Train, guide and develop bakery production team members.
- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and control production wastage.
- Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation and food-safety practices throughout production.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of bakery equipment and tools.
- Coordinate with Stores,



Quality and other departments for smooth production operations.
- Monitor production issues and take corrective action wherever required.
- Maintain production records and provide necessary production-related updates.
- Keep updated with new bakery techniques, products and industry trends.

Required Qualification

- Diploma / Degree / Certificate in Bakery & Confectionery, Culinary Arts, Hotel Management or related field.
- Relevant skilled bakery certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong practical knowledge of bakery production and Artisan Bread.
- Good understanding of bakery recipes, ingredients, fermentation, dough handling, baking techniques and production processes.
- Proven experience in team handling and production supervision.
- Experience in recipe improvement and new product development will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate Candidates currently working as Bakery Chef, Senior Bakery Chef, Bakery Production Chef, Bakery Production Supervisor, Chef de Partie – Bakery, Pastry Chef, Artisan Baker or in a similar senior bakery production role are encouraged to apply.

Candidates from Pune, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR and other cities who are willing to relocate to Nagpur are welcome to apply.
