Role Description The Bancassurance Executive Front Line Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for driving health insurance sales through designated bank branches, including engaging with walk-in customers, explaining product features, and recommending suitable plans. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with bank staff, conducting regular product briefings, and ensuring smooth policy issuance and documentation.

The officer will also handle customer queries, assist with claims-related support,



and ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. Daily activities include achieving assigned sales targets, tracking branch performance, preparing basic reports, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and customer relationship skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert leads in a bank branch environment.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to explain product perks clearly and collaborate with bank staff and customers.
- Candidates should possess basic analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and address service issues.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of health insurance or financial services, including basic understanding of bancassurance operations and regulatory norms.
- Undergraduate degree in any discipline; a degree in business, finance, or insurance is an advantage.
- Prior experience in bancassurance, health insurance, or front-line sales in financial services is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, meet performance targets, and maintain high standards of ethics and compliance.
