Role Description

We are looking for a Backend Developer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in backend development, software engineering, application development, REST APIs, databases, microservices, cloud technologies, automation, system integration, and modern software-development practices.

The Backend Developer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve backend applications, APIs, databases, internal platforms, automation solutions, enterprise systems, and digital services.

The role may involve working with Java, Python, Node.js, C#, PHP, Go, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Express.js, .NET, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, cloud platforms, messaging systems, testing tools, and up-to-date backend-development technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in backend development, software engineering, software development, application development, API development, web services, database development, enterprise software, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Backend Developer, Backend Engineer, Software Developer, Software Engineer, Application Developer, Java Backend Developer,



Python Backend Developer, Node.js Developer, API Developer, Full Stack Developer, Associate Software Engineer, Graduate Software Engineer, Junior Software Engineer, or Web Developer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of at least one backend programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, C#, PHP, Go, or C++.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, exception handling, debugging, modular programming, clean coding, and software-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Express.js, .NET, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API integration, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, SQLite, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be beneficial.
- Understanding of database design, normalization, joins, indexing, transactions, schemas, queries, CRUD operations, and data-access concepts will be advantageous.
- Exposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, scalable applications, or event-driven systems will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to unit testing, integration testing, API testing, JUnit, PyTest, Jest, Mockito, Postman, or similar testing tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be considered an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Linux,



command-line tools, application deployment, configuration management, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, asynchronous processing, background jobs, or event-driven architecture will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, API security, secure coding, input validation, encryption, or application-security concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to application performance optimization, database tuning, scalability, fault tolerance, reliability, logging, monitoring, and observability will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with ORM technologies, database connectivity, connection pooling, transactions, persistence layers, and backend data-access patterns will be beneficial.
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js will be considered an additional advantage but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to automation, ETL/ELT, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, ERP, CRM, dashboards, reporting systems, or enterprise applications will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and secure backend solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, academic project, backend project, API project, database project, Java project, Python project, Node.js project, web application, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time backend-development experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new backend frameworks, programming languages, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, development tools, and modern software-engineering practices.
