What We Are Looking ForStrong English Communication

Good command of written and spoken English is significant.

The candidate should be comfortable reading professional material, writing emails/messages and understanding instructions and training materials in English.

Technology & Internet Skills The candidate should be comfortable using computers, the internet and modern online tools.

Knowledge or practical experience with AI and digital tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva or similar platforms will be a significant advantage.

Candidates who enjoy exploring current technology and learning new software are particularly welcome.

Reading & Learning Mindset

Financial services is a knowledge-driven profession. Products, regulations, technology and customer requirements keep changing.

Responsibilities may include

- Managing day-to-day office operations
- Maintaining client and transaction records
- Data entry and documentation
- Working with CRM and other online software
- Following up on pending documentation and operational tasks
- Preparing reports and maintaining records
- Coordinating with clients, insurers, mutual fund companies and other service providers

Accuracy, discipline and attention to detail are particularly important for this role.
1. AI & Creative Content Executive

Suitable for someone interested in technology, AI and creative work.

Responsibilities may include

- Using AI tools for research and content creation
- Working with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and similar platforms
- Creating presentations, educational materials and social-media content
- Designing basic creative materials using Canva
- Researching financial and insurance topics
- Helping the company experiment with new AI and productivity tools
- Supporting digital marketing and client education initiatives

Formal AI qualifications are not mandatory. Genuine interest, creativity and the ability to learn quickly matter more.

1. Sales & Client Relationship Executive

Responsibilities may include:
- Communicating with prospective and existing clients
- Following up on enquiries and leads
- Understanding client requirements
- Explaining financial and insurance products
- Maintaining long-term client relationships
- Supporting business-development activities

Candidates should have good communication skills and be comfortable interacting with people. Finance / Insurance Experience — Added Advantage





Previous knowledge or experience in any of the following will be highly valued:

- Insurance
- Mutual Funds
- Banking
- Loans
- Investments
- Financial Services

Candidates with relevant financial-services or insurance knowledge and experience may be considered for a higher salary package, depending on their capabilities and experience. However, finance experience is not compulsory for every role. Suitable candidates who demonstrate robust learning ability can be trained.
