We build autonomous AI infrastructure, AI voice receptionists, and intelligent web systems for global businesses. We are looking for a strategic outreach expert to work directly with the founder and drive our client acquisition across Tier 1 international markets.
What You Will Do:
- Strategize & Execute: Design and implement a high-converting cold email and LinkedIn outreach strategy from scratch.
- Capture & Qualify: Identify ideal B2B targets and generate high-quality leads.
- Book Meetings: Drive qualified prospects into the pipeline and successfully book sales calls directly on the founder’s calendar.
- Iterate: A/B test messaging, subject lines, and outreach sequences to optimize conversion rates.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, specifically using LinkedIn and cold email.
- A strategic thinker who doesn't just copy-paste templates, but understands how to craft compelling, personalized hooks.
- Strong English communication skills tailored for Western/Tier 1 business audiences.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup setting.
Compensation Details (Please Read Carefully):
- This is a highly flexible role where compensation is structured around your experience and results.
- Initial 3 Months: There is no fixed monthly salary for the first 90 days.
