Process: Customer Service / Cross Sales Executive (Axis Banking)
Location: Dombivli, Thane
Shift Timing: Rotational Shift 8:00AM - 8:00PM (Any 9-hour shift)
Week Off: 1 Rotational Weekly Off
Salary: 16,000 In-hand + Unlimited Incentives
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
- Freshers can apply
- Ongoing students or candidates pursuing college are not eligible
- Age criteria: 18 to 30 years
Travel Boundaries:
- Candidates must reside between Thane to Badlapur
- Candidates from Mumbra are not eligible
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and service requests via calls
- Promote and cross-sell banking products and services
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards
- Meet assigned targets and KPIs
