AVP – Supply Chain Finance / Corporate Finance

About the Role

We are looking for a senior Supply Chain Finance (SCF) professional to lead and grow the Supply Chain Finance business. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Finance, Vendor Finance, Dealer Finance, Bill Discounting, or Corporate Finance , preferably from a Banking or NBFC environment.

The candidate will be responsible for business growth, portfolio quality, P&L; management, corporate relationships, structured finance solutions, and managing a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Own P&L; responsibility for the Supply Chain Finance business line.
- Drive portfolio growth, profitability, and portfolio quality across India.
- Develop and acquire new corporate relationships across India.
- Build strong relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, Purchase teams, and Accounts/Finance teams of corporate clients.
- Design and implement structured finance solutions based on corporate and supply-chain requirements.
- Manage and scale Vendor Finance, Dealer Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Bill Discounting, and Invoice Discounting programs .
- Manage existing corporate finance programs and ensure seamless financing of vendors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and scale the business through a resource-efficient / lean operating model .
- Work closely with Credit, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Product teams to improve financing processes and customer experience.
- Partner with the Technology team to develop and enhance systems supporting corporate and supply-chain financing.
- Monitor portfolio performance, credit quality, collections, and business metrics.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team responsible for business development and relationship management.
- Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders within corporate organizations.

Must-Have Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Finance / Corporate Finance / Commercial Finance.
- Strong hands-on experience in one or more of the following:




- Supply Chain Finance
- Vendor Finance
- Dealer Finance
- Bill Discounting
- Invoice Discounting
- Channel Finance
- Structured Finance
- Experience working with corporates and their vendor/dealer ecosystems .
- Current or recent experience in a client-facing corporate finance / SCF role .
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Corporate Lending .
- Robust understanding of financial products, credit, lending, and risk management .
- Experience managing business portfolios, revenue/P&L;, and growth targets .
- Experience building relationships with CFOs, Treasury, Finance, Purchase, and Accounts teams .
- Experience managing and developing teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM, preferably from a reputed institute
- CA / CFA with relevant finance experience
- Bachelor's degree with strong relevant Supply Chain Finance experience may also be considered.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a senior Supply Chain Finance / Corporate Finance professional who has directly managed corporate relationships and SCF programs and has experience scaling a business across India. Candidates with titles such as AVP – Supply Chain Finance, AVP – Corporate Finance, Senior Vice President – SCF, Business Head – Supply Chain Finance, Head – Vendor Finance, Head – Dealer Finance, Corporate Banking, Structured Finance, Working Capital Finance, or similar may be relevant.
