Role Description The Aviation Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role oversees daily operations involving charter and air ambulance flights, including aircraft scheduling, coordination with operators, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

The Aviation

Manager monitors flight performance, resolves operational issues, and maintains clear communication with internal teams, customers, and partners.

Responsibilities also include managing aviation programs and processes, optimizing resource utilization, analyzing operational data,



and contributing to continuous improvement in service quality and flight safety.

Qualifications

- Strong aviation and aircraft operations knowledge, with practical experience in charter or air ambulance services.
- Demonstrated flight safety and risk management skills, including familiarity with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Proven program management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and process optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and under time constraints.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and comfort with technology-driven platforms.
- Prior experience in Indian aviation operations or emergency medical transport is an advantage.
