About The Role The position is based at our Hyderabad TS Plant and is designed for individuals eager to kick-start their careers in the engineering domain within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to support and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of technical systems and processes that underpin our production operations.

As part of the engineering team, you will assist in executing strategic initiatives, participate in the development of innovative techniques and procedures, and help ensure operational excellence. The role emphasizes learning and growth, providing a platform for aspiring engineers to gain hands-on experience, develop problem-solving skills,



and understand industry standards such as GMP compliance in regulated sectors like food, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in a manufacturing or operational environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP compliance gained through experience in regulated industries such as food, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals is advantageous.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team setting, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally within the engineering field.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities with a focus on identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions.
- Educational qualification in engineering or related technical disciplines.

Responsibilities

- Support the execution of strategic initiatives within the engineering team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Participate actively in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in managing specific tasks or segments within a product line, brand, or category, focusing on defined objectives and deliverables.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments to maximize impact and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Follow established policies, procedures,



and guidelines under the supervision of senior engineers or managers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and supporting corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations, including GMP where applicable.
