Role Description The AVP Finance will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to support the firm’s consulting and assurance engagements.

Responsibilities include monitoring cash flows, managing statutory and regulatory compliance, and reviewing financial statements for accuracy and adherence to applicable standards. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to analyze financial data, identify risks, and recommend strategies to improve performance and control. The AVP Finance will also support audits, coordinate with external stakeholders such as banks and regulatory bodies, and contribute to the development of financial policies and processes.

This is a full-time, in office role based in the Mohali district.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Expertise in accounting standards,



taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with financial analysis, MIS reporting, and use of accounting and ERP software.
- Ability to lead and mentor finance team members, manage stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- More than 12 years experience and Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent professional certification; experience in consulting, assurance, or professional services is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated capability to work on-site, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
