Role Description

AstroShagun is looking for Astrologers to provide paid one-on-one online consultations through the AstroShagun mobile app.

As an AstroShagun Astrologer, you will interact directly with clients through online consultation sessions and provide personalized astrological guidance based on their birth details and specific questions. Astrologers may handle consultations involving Kundali analysis, relationships, career, finance, family matters, personal growth, and other areas of life.

The astrologer will be expected to:

- Conduct professional one-on-one consultations with clients through the AstroShagun app.
- Analyze birth charts and provide transparent, practical interpretations using recognized astrological methodologies.
- Respond to client questions during consultation sessions in a respectful and understandable manner.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a non-judgmental approach with every client.
- Be available online during agreed consultation hours and keep their availability status updated.
- Maintain accurate consultation records where required.
- Build positive long-term relationships with clients through reliable and thoughtful guidance.
- Follow AstroShagun's professional and ethical standards.
- Contribute feedback that can help improve the consultation experience and astrology services offered through the platform.

Compensation

AstroShagun offers a 50:50 commission-sharing model for completed paid consultations.

- The astrologer receives 50% of the consultation revenue.
- AstroShagun retains 50% as the platform commission.
- Consultation rates for Chat, Voice Call, and Video Call can be set by the astrologer, subject to the applicable platform limits and policies.
- Earnings are calculated based on completed consultations and the applicable rate selected by the astrologer.

This is a paid consultation opportunity and not an unpaid volunteer position.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Vedic Astrology, including birth-chart interpretation, planetary aspects, dashas, transits, and predictive techniques.
- Ability to explain astrological concepts clearly to clients who may not have prior knowledge of astrology.
- Good communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide thoughtful guidance while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Commitment to client confidentiality, ethical practice, and respectful communication.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for conducting private online consultations.
- Ability to maintain regular online availability according to mutually agreed schedules.
- Prior professional experience providing astrology consultations is highly beneficial.
- Relevant astrology certifications, formal training, or demonstrated practical experience are desirable.

Additional Skills — Preferred

Knowledge or practical experience in Numerology, Palmistry, Tarot, or other complementary spiritual/occult disciplines may be an advantage, but these are not mandatory if the candidate has strong Vedic Astrology expertise.

ज्योतिषी से अपेक्षाएँ:

- जन्म कुंडली का विश्लेषण करके स्पष्ट और व्यावहारिक ज्योतिषीय व्याख्या प्रदान करना।
- ग्राहकों के प्रश्नों का सम्मानजनक और आसानी से समझ आने वाले तरीके से उत्तर देना।

योग्यताएँ
