About the role

We're looking for a junior video editor to join our production team, working across podcasts, reels, and long-form YouTube content. This is a handson editing role — we're looking purely for editing craft, not additional skills like scripting, shooting, or design.

What you'll do

- Edit podcast episodes — clean cuts, pacing, removing dead air and filler
- Edit short-form content (Reels) for social platforms
- Edit long-form YouTube videos
- Work within established templates and formats (music, disclaimers, logos, etc. as briefed)
- Take editing notes/feedback from the team and turn around revisions

What we're looking for

- Solid, hands-on understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Comfortable working with Descript
- Comfortable editing across three formats: podcasts, Reels, and YouTube long-form
- Good working knowledge of Envato's asset library (stock footage, music, templates, etc.)




- Positive sense of pacing and cuts — knows what to trim and what to keep
- Good written and spoken English
- 1–2 years of relevant editing experience (internship-to-conversion candidates welcome)
- Works well within a team — coordinating with designers, other editors, and motion graphic designers
- Work from office: Bangalore, HSR Layout, Monday to Friday

What we're not looking for No additional skill requirements beyond editing — no expectation of scripting, shooting, motion graphics design, or content strategy for this role.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
