Role Description The Associate role at TBZ - The Original is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Associate will support customers on the showroom floor, assist with jewelry selection, and provide detailed information about designs, materials, pricing, and offers.

Responsibilities include maintaining product displays, ensuring the showroom is organized and presentable, and coordinating with team members to meet sales and service goals. The role involves processing sales transactions accurately, handling customer queries and concerns, and following company policies on documentation, billing, and security. The Associate will also assist with inventory checks,



participate in promotional activities, and uphold TBZ - The Original’s standards for customer experience and brand representation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage courteously and professionally with diverse clients.
- Candidates should possess sales and retail operations skills, including basic product presentation, upselling, and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Candidates should possess communication and language skills, including clear spoken and written English and local language proficiency as required.
- Candidates should possess basic numeracy and attention to detail, enabling accurate billing, cash handling, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess teamwork, reliability, and time management skills to collaborate effectively and manage showroom responsibilities throughout the day.
- Prior experience in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail is beneficial, along with an understanding of gold purity, diamond grading, and hallmarking.
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a graduate degree in commerce, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work showroom hours, including weekends and holidays as per retail schedules, and adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
