The team brings around a decade of experience across properties including MotoGP Bharat, the Indian Racing League, IPL, Pro Kabaddi and international football events, and works with leading brands on sponsorships, activations and technology-led solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate – Sales & Partnerships to join our sponsorship and sales team. Working closely with the Founder & Director, you will support sponsorship deals from outreach to closure, sell existing inventory, and help build relationships with brands and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the sponsorship sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, pitching and follow-ups
- Sell NEXAAR's existing inventory across sports properties, events and IPs
- Research brands and categories to identify new partnership opportunities
- Prepare sponsorship proposals, pitch decks and client communication
- Build and maintain relationships with brand marketing teams and agencies




- Coordinate with internal teams on delivery of partner commitments
- Maintain the sales pipeline and share regular updates on leads and conversions

Requirements

- Around 2 years of experience in sports sponsorship, partnership sales or brand alliances
- Working knowledge of the Indian sports ecosystem and its key properties
- Strong communication, presentation and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and CRM tools
- Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or sports management qualification preferred
