We are hiring Associate US Recruiters for our Noida office. You will work with our recruitment delivery team to find and hire candidates for our US clients. You will get structured training on the US hiring process, and you will start working on live requirements after training.
Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements from the resource manager/ mentor.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media and our internal databases.
- Screen candidates by phone and email for skills, experience, availability, location and rate expectations.
- Check work authorization and basic eligibility for the role.
- Submit suitable profiles to the team with accurate details.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates through offer, onboarding and joining.
- Update candidate and job records in the ATS on time.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls,
submissions and closures.
Requirements
- B.Tech, BE, BCA or MCA (preferred). Others with excellent communications skills and zeal to learn may also apply.
- Valuable spoken and written English.
- Willing to work night shift from the Noida office.
- Comfortable making calls to candidates every day.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies, or willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, online porta
