Position Summary:

ISM invites applications for the role of Associate Professor in Finance. This position is aimed at academically qualified individuals with deep expertise in financial management, investment analysis, corporate finance, banking, and fintech. The role involves high-impact teaching, cutting-edge research, and active engagement in institutional and industry collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach finance courses at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive levels.
- Publish in leading finance and business journals.
- Supervise Ph.D. and postgraduate dissertations.
- Design and deliver cutting-edge course modules aligned with industry trends.
- Participate in academic and professional development activities of the department.
- Collaborate with industry and government agencies on research and training programs.





Qualifications & Experience:

- Ph.D. in Finance, Financial Economics, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience, including at least 3 years in an Associate or Assistant Professor role.
- Demonstrated research excellence through publications in Scopus/ABDC/SSCI indexed journals.
- Experience in financial modelling, data analytics, or fintech applications preferred.
- Strong record of teaching effectiveness and use of technology in pedagogy.

Desirable Skills:

- CFA/FRM or similar professional certifications.
- Participation in international research conferences and grant-winning projects.
- Experience with case writing, consulting, or industry-linked projects.
