Responsibilities

- Lead more than one program. Report the overall progress to internal and external stakeholders
- Control the cost of each program. Complete each program within budget, on time and at full quality
- Align the business, product and technology roadmaps. Plan the team work against them
- Gather requirements. Design solutions for complex business problems
- Work with stakeholders across functions to define and launch a program
- Contribute to the product strategy and to the detail of each product area
- Manage scope, schedule, resources, quality and business value. Maintain the risk, issue, assumption and dependency

- Own the cross-functional communication between the technology, business, product and quality teams
- Identify gaps in delivery. Close them with long-term solutions What do we need?

- • B.Tech or an equivalent degree from a Tier 1 college (IIT, NIT, IIIT or equivalent)
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
- • Structured thinking and a strong analytical approach
- • Good understanding of diverse business processes and of strategy development
- • Valuable knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
