Role Description As an Associate – Doctor Recruitment at Visit Health, you will support the end-to-end process of identifying, engaging, and onboarding qualified doctors into the company’s network. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram involves sourcing medical professionals through online platforms, referrals, and networking, as well as screening profiles to match organizational requirements. You will coordinate interviews, manage communication with doctors, and assist with documentation and credential verification.

The role includes updating recruitment trackers, collaborating with internal teams to understand staffing needs,



and contributing to process improvements to ensure a seamless doctor onboarding experience. You will also help maintain long-term relationships with doctors by addressing queries and providing timely support related to their association with Visit Health.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with doctors and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational and coordination abilities to manage multiple recruitment processes, schedules, and documentation simultaneously.
- Basic familiarity with healthcare, medical services, or doctor networks; prior experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage.
- Comfort with using recruitment tools, online job portals, spreadsheets, and CRM or HR systems to source and track candidates.
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to credential verification, data management, and compliance with internal policies.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, mission-driven workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
