Lead - BI Analytics & Reporting IN

Manages the development, implementation and support of business analytics initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Improve assigned reporting/analytics/technical capabilities: Define components of a mature state for the capability that imply a process oriented mindset. Make progress towards improving the overall state of the capability by improving or incorporating additional components. Ensure work assigned to the capability is completed efficiently and updates on requests are communicated to the team.
- Provide timely and high quality support to business partners: Work with supported business areas to understand recent requests as they are received, provide regular updates and deliver the work in a timely manner. Maintain good communication with the business to ensure existing solutions are working well and look for opportunities to provide additional reporting and analytics support.
- Help the team stay organized: Assist with overall team organization by adhering to JIRA best practices, including inputting required fields to assign each request to a business and capability, and providing regular updates.

Educational Requirements

- No Advanced Degree Required Preferred

Work Experience

- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
