We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Vice President (AVP) to lead and drive business growth across our real estate operations. The role will be responsible for strategic planning, sales performance, business development, project coordination and overall team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Lead and manage real estate sales and business development teams.
- Drive sales performance, lead generation, conversions and revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, channel partners and key stakeholders.
- Monitor project sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
- Coordinate with Project, Marketing, Legal, Finance and CRM teams for smooth operations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Review team performance, set targets and implement corrective actions when required.




- Prepare and present business performance reports to the senior management.
- Support the leadership team in strategic decision-making and expansion plans.
- Ensure company policies, processes and compliance standards are followed.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate or a related field.
- MBA or relevant management qualification preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Real Estate, with robust leadership exposure.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, business development, and team management.
- Strong understanding of the Chennai real estate market.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and decision-making skills.
- Strong network with clients, investors, channel partners and industry stakeholders.
- Target-oriented and capable of managing multiple teams and business functions.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
