We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Associate – Category Management who can help us build and scale these categories from the ground up.

The RoleAs an Associate – Category Management, you will own the day-to-day development of assigned categories. You will identify the right instructors, creators, studios, experts, experience providers and partners; bring them onto the platform; help create compelling programs and offerings; and work with internal teams to drive visibility, engagement and revenue.

This is a hands-on role combining category development, partner acquisition, relationship management, content curation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Category Development

- Build and grow assigned categories by identifying gaps, opportunities and emerging trends.
- Research and identify relevant instructors, experts, studios, creators, experience providers and brands.
- Develop a strong and differentiated category portfolio for LifeCraft4U.
- Track category performance and recommend new programs, offerings and partnerships.

2. Partner Acquisition & Onboarding

- Identify, approach, pitch and onboard quality partners across assigned categories.
- Explain LifeCraft4U's proposition, commercial model and platform benefits to potential partners.
- Coordinate the complete onboarding process, including documentation, commercial terms, profiles, programs and availability.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with partners.

3. Program & Catalog Management

- Work with partners to create attractive programs,



workshops, courses, consultations and experiences.
- Ensure listings have accurate information, pricing, schedules, images and descriptions.
- Maintain quality and consistency of category content.
- Regularly review the catalog and recommend additions, improvements or discontinuation of underperforming offerings.

4. Category Revenue & Performance

- Track bookings, revenue, user engagement, conversion and partner performance.
- Identify high-performing and underperforming programs and recommend corrective actions.
- Work with marketing to create campaigns and promotions to increase category demand.
- Contribute to category-level revenue and user acquisition targets.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations and Customer Experience teams.
- Provide category insights for campaigns, social media, website merchandising and new product development.
- Support launches of new programs, events and category initiatives.

6. Market & Competitor Intelligence

- Continuously monitor trends, competitors and emerging opportunities across lifestyle, wellness, creative and experiential sectors.
- Identify new business models, partnerships and offerings that can strengthen LifeCraft4U.
- Bring new ideas to improve the customer and partner experience.

What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in category management, business development, partner/vendor management, marketplace, e-commerce, hospitality, travel, wellness or a consumer-facing startup.
- Strong interest in lifestyle, wellness, experiences, creativity or learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to speak with instructors, professionals, entrepreneurs and business owners.
- Ability to pitch, negotiate and close partnerships.
- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and ability to interpret basic business and performance data.
- Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple partners and activities simultaneously.
- A proactive, "figure-it-out" entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup where processes are evolving and ownership matters more than hierarchy.

- Existing network among yoga instructors, fitness professionals, artists, musicians, chefs, travel providers, wellness experts or other lifestyle professionals.
- Experience working with marketplaces, aggregators, D2C, consumer platforms or digital businesses.
- Ability to create compelling program concepts and partner propositions.
- Strong commercial orientation and an understanding of revenue, conversion and customer acquisition.
