Asst. Service Manager – ELV & Fire Fighting Systems

Role Purpose To manage the post-installation service, maintenance, and AMC operations for ELV and firefighting systems. The role will focus on ensuring system uptime, timely breakdown resolution, preventive maintenance, SLA compliance, team performance, client satisfaction, and AMC renewals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage AMC/CMC service contracts for CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA systems, Sprinklers, Hydrants, Fire Pumps, and Gas Suppression systems.
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Manage breakdown calls, service complaints, and emergency response within agreed SLAs.
- Allocate service calls and manage service engineers and technicians.
- Monitor team attendance, performance, productivity, and training requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews of service reports and recurring system faults.
- Identify root causes of repeated failures and recommend repairs, replacements, or system upgrades.
- Coordinate periodic testing, inspection, and maintenance of fire protection and ELV systems.
- Support clients with Fire NOC, fire audits, statutory inspections, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare quotations for spares, repairs, maintenance, and additional works.




- Follow up with clients for approvals, work orders, and outstanding service-related payments.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors and OEMs for technical/warranty support.
- Maintain service records, asset registers, AMC records, and client MIS reports.
- Handle client complaints, escalations, service reviews, and relationship management.
- Support AMC renewals and additional service/upgrade opportunities.
- Ensure service activities follow required safety standards and applicable NBC, NFPA, and local fire authority norms.

Required Experience

- 5–10 years of total experience in ELV and firefighting systems.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience specifically in service, maintenance, AMC, or CMC management.
- Experience managing service teams and handling client escalations.
- Strong practical knowledge of ELV and fire protection systems.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, Sprinkler, Hydrant, Fire Pump, and Gas Suppression systems.
- AMC/CMC and SLA management.
- Team handling and service coordination.
- Client and escalation management.
- Quotation and basic commercial understanding.
- Vendor and OEM coordination.
- MS Office and service management/CMMS software.
- Good reporting and communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
