Role Description The Assistant Showroom Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for supporting the daily operations of the showroom and connecting with architects, interior designers and contractors & generating regular business through them. This role includes managing customer walk-ins, presenting product collections, and guiding customers through selection and purchasing decisions.

Manager helps maintain visual merchandising standards, ensures the showroom is well-organized,
and coordinates with the sales team to achieve sales targets. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Manager also assists with reporting, inventory checks, and collaboration with internal teams to support marketing and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Architect Connect, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience to ensure a high-quality showroom visit.
- Proven Sales skills, including consultative selling and upselling, within a retail or showroom environment.
- Experience working in Showrooms or similar customer-facing settings, with an understanding of visual merchandising and product display.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers professionally.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai, including weekends or extended hours as needed for showroom operations.
