Role Description The Assistant Project Manager – Retail & Facilities is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket. This position supports day-to-day project coordination for store layouts, merchandising changes, facility maintenance, and small renovation or fit-out projects.

Responsibilities include tracking project timelines, coordinating with vendors and contractors, supervising onsite work quality, and ensuring all tasks are completed according to brand standards and safety guidelines. The role involves monitoring inventory and logistics related to fixtures and materials, assisting with inspections and approvals, and maintaining clear documentation and reporting.

and visual merchandising teams to minimize disruption to retail activities and ensure an efficient, well-maintained store environment.

Working Days : Monday - Saturday

Working Hours: 11am-8pm

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in expediting and working as an expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess project management skills to plan, coordinate, and track retail and facilities initiatives.
- Candidates should possess inspection skills to review work quality, store readiness, and adherence to safety and brand standards.
- Candidates should possess logistics management skills to coordinate vendors, deliveries, and storage of fixtures and materials.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in retail operations, facilities management, or construction coordination is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic project tracking tools and MS Office or equivalent productivity software.
- Ability to work on-site in Saket, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a dynamic retail setting.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
