Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager Intern will support the sales team in promoting Orchha Palace and Resorts to individual guests, corporate clients, and travel partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, preparing proposals and rate quotations, maintaining sales databases, and coordinating with operations and front office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. The intern will help with sales presentations, market research, and follow-up communication with potential and existing clients.

This is an internship, on-site role based in Orchha, offering practical exposure to hospitality sales,



customer relationship management, and revenue growth activities.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests, corporate clients, and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, customer service principles, and hospitality or hotel operations.
- Ability to conduct market research, maintain accurate records, and use office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support sales events or site visits.
- Proactive, qualified demeanor with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Orchha, with flexibility to adapt to operational needs and peak business periods.
