Role Description The Assistant role at Founder’s office at Financially Smart is a full time, hybrid position based in Mumbai, with some flexibility for work from home. The Assistant will support the Founder with scheduling client meetings, preparing documents and presentations, and organizing client records.
Daily responsibilities include handling phone and email inquiries, maintaining databases and spreadsheets, and coordinating follow-ups with clients. The role also involves basic research on financial topics, preparing summaries for internal use, and assisting in the preparation of reports and client communication.
The role will include client handholding and adminsitrative work coordinating with RM’s ans back office operations - transactions, reports and uplaoding bills, GST ,etc…
The Assistant will collaborate closely with the team to ensure efficient operations and a consistent, professional client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software) and basic data entry skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for client correspondence and internal coordination.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, record-keeping, and report preparation.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Comfort with learning basic financial concepts; prior exposure to finance or financial services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in personal finance operations
- Professional, client-focused attitude and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
