- Constant margin improvement through supporting raw materials substitution projects of technology development and margin improvement initiatives.
- Support in the lab analysis for the development and improvement of the intermediate and their further industrialization and pilot and production level.
- Working continuously in the development projects as per customer needs and support in the scale up trials and conclude towards implementation.
- Working in the projects within defined technology solutions, applications and services according to agreed timelines, budgets and standards monitored by senior colleague.
- Where applicable work in close co-operation with Cross functional team like SCM /AT /Production/QC to continually improve performance at product formulation and process level.
- Analysis of customer & internal complaints to provide the appropriate corrective & preventive action within time frame and also analyse route cause of complaint.
- Creation of products code and modification of formulations and QIPs with the help of SAP/RD.
- Ensure safety and housekeeping in the lab area and the plant
Preferred candidate profile
- Good communication, presentable & interpersonal skills. Good team player.
- Min. 4-6 years of comprehensive experience in defined ink .technology workplace (R&D;, application service etc.)
