Executive / Assistant Manager – Solution & Service Sales – North Region

Role

- Manage and grow Aftermarket Solution Sales in the North India region.
- Drive retrofit & refurbishment, repair, and extended warranty sales.
- Develop opportunities across HVAC, AHU, fan, pharma, data centres, commercial and industrial sectors.
- Build relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, facility owners and OEMs.
- Identify retrofit opportunities through regular customer/site visits.
- Promote solutions based on energy savings, lifecycle cost reduction and sustainability.
- Manage sales pipeline, order conversion, revenue and collections.

Candidate Profile




- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- 5–12 years’ experience in HVAC/AHU/Fan industry.
- Mandatory: Retrofit sales experience.
- Experience in Service Sales / Aftermarket Sales preferred.
- Strong consultative selling, customer relationship and negotiation skills.
- Excellent English communication; Hindi preferred.
- Willingness to travel across North India.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
